Rep. MAXINE WATERS, D-CA, joins hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters as they march from the White House to the U.S. Capitol and back in Washington, DC. The protests followed two killings in less than 48 hours by police of African American men, Alton B. Sterling in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile outside Minneapolis. Waters and other congressional leaders joined the march to stop the protesters from storming the steps of the Capitol.
